Belarus' Central Bank drafts rules to allow cryptocurrency payments

 according to BelTA, the National Bank of Belarus has prepared a series of government decisions aimed at breaking through the cryptocurrency market in Belarus. Belarusian Prime Minister Roman Golovchenko reported to President Alexander Lukashenko that they have made specific proposals to include cryptocurrencies and digital financial assets in financial policy. These proposals have received preliminary support from the president, and specific draft regulations are also ready. Lukashenko asked for opinions on how to further develop Belarus's relatively lagging cryptocurrency market while listening to the report.
