UK mining company ECR Minerals announces Bitcoin treasury strategy

according to the announcement of the UK listed company ECR Minerals plc (LON: ECR), the board of directors of the company has approved a Bitcoin and digital asset financial management policy. According to this policy, ECR will hold a portion of digital asset reserves through its wholly-owned subsidiary ECR Digital Limited.
